These Terms and Conditions govern contracts for the rental use of hotel rooms for lodging and all for the customer by services provided by the hotel. The sub-letting of rooms as well as their use for purposes other than accommodation require the prior written consent of the hotel. Customer terms and conditions apply only if so agreed. The contract is concluded by the acceptance of the request of the customer by the hotel. The hotel may confirm the room reservation in writing. The hotel is obligated to keep the rooms reserved by the customer and to provide the agreed services. The customer is obligated to pay for the room and used by him for other services applicable or agreed hotel rates. This also applies to the client to services and outlays to third parties. The agreed prices include the applicable VAT. |
Resignations of customers
The hotel is free, require flat owing to him by the customer for damages incurred as follows: All withdrawals must be in writing erfolgen. Cancellations to 22 Day before arrival are free of charge. The customer has no right to earlier availability. On the agreed day of departure the rooms of the hotel are set to be vacated at 10:30 clock. After that the hotel over the damages so incurred also ask for the additional use of the room until 18:00 clock 50% of the full accommodation price will be charged, from 18:00 clock 100%. The correction of mistakes and spelling errors shall be retained. German law applies. |
